Thank you for your interest in joining the staff of Global Emergency Services.
GES is a coordinated emergency-services alliance. We run fire, police, EMS, coastal and specialist response across every MissionChief world we operate. We are not a social club. We take jobs, share kit, keep hospitals and prisons standing, and go home. Discord is where 99% of our communication takes place. If you are not on Discord, there is no promotion — absolutely none.
Staff exist to keep that operation moving: dispatching work, teaching, moving patients, watching the alliance fund, and holding the line on the Code of Conduct. Dispatchers play the game. Staff take on extra duty for the whole service.
What we expect of every rank: be 18 or over, stay verified, answer on Discord, set your alliance-fund contribution, and complete a one-month probation in a rank before you can be promoted to the next. Promotion is from the rank below, with no exceptions. Chief makes the final call.
Responsibilities per rank
GES Chief
Owner. Responsible for everything listed below and for final decisions. Covers every aspect of each role. If the management team is not available, Chief completes the task required at that time.

GES Command
Everything except owner. Promotions and public notices, safeguarding of members, assigning roles, and reporting to Chief. Handles upper-level requests and delegates work. Sees that tasks are finished on time. First point of contact for warnings and appeals. Informs Chief of any breach of rules.

GES Operations
Floor leadership. Covers the specialist ranks below: funds, schooling, transports, plus alliance missions and the moderator log. Upper-level requests that do not need Command. Sees that day-to-day tasks are finished on time.

GES Treasurer
Alliance funds. Contribution, building discount, and purchases from the alliance kasse. Also schooling and alliance transport. Reports figures up the ladder.

GES Education
Academies and courses. Keeps schooling moving so members can train. Also alliance transport. Reports completed work up the ladder.

GES Logistics
Alliance transport. Moves patients and prisoners for the service. Reviews staff applications and hands completed work up to Operations or Command.

Entry-level staff duty. Minor task requests from upper management. One-month probation in this rank before promotion can be considered.

Play the game. Follow the Code. Contribute your chosen percentage of earnings into the alliance fund so GES can buy hospitals, prisons, extra cells and departments for the whole service.
